Suzet Tave works as Wellness and Recovery Peer Specialist at Beacon Health Options. In that role, she works with members, acting as a valuable community liaison and resource for the Beacon team.
Ms. Tave is involved with BACA (Biker’s Against Child Abuse International), the Nevada Homeless Alliance, the Veterans Stand Down Committee, and the Boys and Girls Club. She also participated in a practicum at the Salvation Army Veterans Services, working with homeless veterans.
A veteran of the US Navy, she participated in a recovery unit for victims of Hurricane George in Puerto Rico and at Camp Kadena in Japan after the typhoon. She is currently a master’s in social work candidate at the University of Southern California.
